Because all services are personalized and time-based, this policy outlines how refunds, returns, deposits, and rescheduling are handled to ensure fairness and transparency for both client and esthetician.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a product/service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Refunds

All skincare, lash, and brow services are customized and involve both time and professional products. For that reason, all completed services are final and non-refundable.

Your satisfaction matters deeply, so if something feels off after your appointment:

Please contact us within 48 hours of your service.

We may offer a complimentary touch-up, product sample, or small service adjustment at our discretion.

Corrective appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original visit.

Please note that results vary depending on skin type, home care, and lifestyle factors. No specific results are guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund.

2. Product Returns & Exchanges

We proudly offer professional-grade skincare for home use. To keep quality control high, the following policy applies:

Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Opened or used products cannot be returned, except in the rare case of a documented allergic reaction or product defect.

If a reaction occurs, please notify us within 3 days with photos and proof of purchase.

Returns may be denied if products appear used, damaged, or tampered with beyond normal use.

3. Deposits & Prepaid Appointments

Select services or time slots may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Emergencies are reviewed case by case, and one-time courtesy exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

4. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

These may be transferred to another person upon written request.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be reissued.

All prepaid services or bundles must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.

No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) are subject to a charge of up to 100% of the service price.

Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.

6. Allergic Reactions, Irritations & Sensitivities

While every effort is made to ensure safety and compatibility, unexpected reactions can occur.

Clients must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment.

Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions, but we’ll gladly help you find a suitable resolution—whether that’s adjusting your home care routine, changing products, or modifying future services.

If you experience a severe reaction, seek medical attention immediately.

7. Appointments Booked Through Third Parties

If you booked your appointment through a third-party platform (such as Vagaro), please review their payment and refund terms in addition to ours. We strive to keep policies consistent across all booking platforms.

8. Policy Updates

Cactus Bloom Aesthetics LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted online with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy


Business Name: Cactus Bloom Aesthetics LLC

At Cactus Bloom Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved just for you. Respecting each other’s time allows the studio to stay on schedule and serve every client with care. Please take a moment to review the cancellation policy below.

1. Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
This gives me time to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.

2. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If a deposit was paid, it will be applied toward this fee.
Late cancellation fees are charged to the card on file through Vagaro.

3. No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without notice, a 100% no-show fee will apply.
Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in refusal of future services.

This policy exists because single-use items and treatment setups are prepared in advance and must be discarded if a client does not attend.

4. Deposits (If Applicable)

Some services or appointment types may require a non-refundable deposit at booking.

Deposits go toward your total service cost.

If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Emergencies & Exceptions

Life happens. If illness, severe weather, or another true emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you fairly and with understanding.

6. Agreement

By booking an appointment with Cactus Bloom Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and no-show terms.
